Granny Smith' apple characteristics both on the nose and the palate. Unibroue's characteristic spiciness is still evident along with a nicely balanced sweetness. A very sweet and refreshing beer.

Crisp and refreshing with some nicely balanced sweetness. Perfect summer's day material. Not much like a cider, closer to a wit bier, which is good for me.
